Form 5500 Schedule B

Generally schedule B is not signed by you but rather your Actuary. However the signed copy must be filed with your 5500. If you are uncertain if your filing requires a schedule B check section 10-a-3 on page 3 of your 5500. If you have not received your copy contact Trust Accounting.
