Technical Service Department

Our team of Trust Accounting pension experts focus their time and expertise on maintenance of the technical and compliance aspects of the plans for which we provide administrative services.  Their goal is to insure that all of the necessary data is collected, tests are performed timely and that all required reporting, including notifications are complete and accurate including:

1. Coordination and collection of plan and census data
2. Completion of all required annual tests
3. Reconciliation of plan assets, balances and liabilities
4. Creation of Participant Certificates and other notifications
5. Preparation of Form 5500 and other required reporting
6. Annual review of plan design and provisions
7. Communication with CPAs during annual audits (over 100 participants)
8. Monitor technical compliance
