As Plan Sponsor, your primary contact with Innovative Pension will be through our Customer Service Department. They are positioned and prepared to service you plan level needs including:
- Plan Implementation
- Transition of plan assets
- Input and set-up of participant accounts
- Delivery of plan documents as necessary
- Review and maintenance of plan forms and documentation
- Communication with investment provider
- Consulting – answering your questions and resolving issues
- Oversight – ongoing review of your account(s)

Sidney - Director of Client Services
Sidney graduated from California State University of Fresno in 2001 with a BA in History and a minor in Peace and Conflict Resolution. She began her career with Innovative Pension in 2002 in the Plan Design Department as an Administrative Assistant. In less than a year the opportunity to move into the Manager of Client Services position presented itself and she jumped at the opportunity to take a greater role in the development of the company. As the company has grown so has her position and involvement in the organization. She is currently the Director of Client Services overseeing the customer service representatives, contribution processing, participant services and overall service of the company. She enjoys working with all of our clients and advisors and looks forward to a very long career with Innovative Pension. She is a designated Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) with the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and intends to continue her education in the pension field. In her spare time she enjoys doing anything with her family and friends.

Linda - Payroll Service Specialist
Linda, like many of our employees is a San Diego native. She has been with Innovative Pension since 2007 as a Deferral Analysis Specialist. She assists in Data Entry and processing for all of our departments. Her meticulous analysis and audit skills recently earned her a promotion, taking on the additional responsibility of assisting in DOL and IRS Audit Preparation. In addition, she assists our clients in learning how to work with our record keepers to process their payroll contributions online. In 2009 she attended San Diego City College and received her A.A. in Liberal Arts. She's currently attending CSU San Marcos pursuing a degree in Sociology.

Meghann - Customer Service Representative
Meghann graduated from California State University of San Marcos in 2009 with a BA in Liberal Studies and a minor in History. Her aptitude for finding win-win solutions to challenges was honed in the Poway school system working extensively with pre-school through fifth grade classes before starting with Innovative Pension. Since starting as a receptionist in 2009 she quickly climbed the ranks becoming one of our most valued Client Service Representatives. In addition, she now oversees our accounts receivable department. She looks forward to a long career with Innovative Pension and continuing to work with all of our clients and advisors.

Amber - Client Service Representative
Amber attended Imperial Valley College and Mesa College. She has a passion for photography which she pursues professionally on the side. Yes, she is also our website photographer! She intends to continue at university to earn a BA in Business with a minor in Fine Arts. Amber has worked extensively in office settings and in customer service across the United States while raising her son with her husband who is in the US Navy. She looks forward to working with and getting to know all of our clients and advisors.

Elena - Customer Service Representative
Elena graduated from California State University of Fresno with a BA in History and a minor in African American Studies. Her thirst for knowledge and passion for service led her to study abroad in England and serve in the United States Peace Corps for two years in Bulgaria. She brings that same passion to managing the Customer Service Experience here at Innovative Pension, with high expectations for serving our clients and advisors to the best of her ability.
